Dispute Resolution Specialist
About the role:
The Dispute Resolution Specialist (DRS) is responsible for resolving consumer disputes by reviewing and answering Direct (written) Disputes, Indirect (credit reporting agency disputes) and verbal disputes The DRS role requires research and investigative abilities to examine consumer dispute information, as well as supplement documentation provided by the consumer and creditor and to compare that information against Phoenix’s records and Phoenix’s client/creditor records.
