Rug Doctor is seeking a Repair Center Technician for our Fenton, MO Facility. If you have small engine/equipment or mechanical knowledge, like to work with your hands, and can self-manage your daily productivity in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! The Repair Technician will service, repair, and refurbish rental and professional carpet cleaning equipment. Starting pay is $16.00/hr, with opportunities to earn up to $19.00/hr, with productivity incentives.

Essential Functions (not all inclusive):

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems with carpet cleaning equipment.
• Perform all types of electrical maintenance, including electrical insulation testing per company standards, and make operating adjustments as required.
• Replace component parts, as required, using company tools and supplies to complete repairs.
• Clean, wash, and cosmetically refurbish equipment.
• Maintain company required performance and maintenance records for equipment.
• Responsible for organization and maintenance of work areas.
• General knowledge of inventory and warehouse procedures.
