Summary:

High Focus Centers in Farmington is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. At High Focus Centers in Farmington we are currently seeking a Family Therapist to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals! As a Family Therapist you would facilitate all clinical services for clients including family groups/sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/ outpatient provider contact. Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000/year

Should have adult/family/adolescent experience and currently the following licensure for the state of Connecticut: LCSW, LMFT or LPC

Shift:

Monday - Friday either 8:30am - 4:30pm, 9:00am - 5:00pm, or 10:00am - 6:00pm 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluates behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients and family members
• Facilitates clinical services for clients including family groups/sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/ outpatient provider contact.
• Responsible for maintaining clinical record for clients with appropriate documentation of clinical services and client program engagement in ECR
• Provides documentation and support for utilization review
• Contributes to program specific curriculum development, literature review, and training in accordance with clinical philosophy.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education/Licensure

• Currently hold for the state of Connecticut LCSW, LMFT or LPC.
• 1 year documented experience providing group based mental health treatment to middle school aged adolescent patient starting at ages 10 to 18.
