Proactively recruit qualified candidates for all positions within the Company. Must work closely with the R.A. Quarshie Healthcare leadership to verify that all qualified candidates are appropriately vetted and submitted for open requisitions. Attend conventions, job fairs, seminars, and training opportunities to expand recruiting efforts. Maintain and update Staffing Report as needed. Develop reporting means to convey recruitment and turnover statistics. Proactively assess and address departmental staffing needs through active employee and leadership engagement. Work closely with R.A. Quarshie Healthcare leadership to develop and implement a yearly recruiting agenda. R.A. Quarshie Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
