**Overview:**

Our family centered private office is looking to add a friendly face to our front desk team. Our office provides a wide variety of dental services, including dental implants and Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry and full mouth reconstruction.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality, excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude for learning and team collaboration, have knowledge of dental insurance and dental office scheduling. Dentrix knowledge is an advantage.

**Responsibilities:**(this list is not exhaustive)

- Schedule patient appointments and procedures

- Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries

- Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers

- Answer patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

- Process collections and payments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
