Description:

? Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for inventory accounts, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

? Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including monitoring inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies, and conducting regular audits.

? Provide support for external audits, including preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and procurement, to ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions.

? Prepare daily and monthly account analysis to ensure accuracy of business transactions occurring in general ledger accounts.

? Prepare and review account reconciliations monthly to ensure accurate completion, and compliance with US GAAP.

? Review inventory procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

? Assist in the implementation of new inventory management systems or processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

? Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls related to inventory and inventory accounting.

? Stay informed about industry trends and regulations related to inventory accounting and recommend process improvements as necessary.

Execute SOX controls on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure 404 compliance.
