$75,000 - $300,000

• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience

• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Organized and manages time effectively

• A valid real estate license for Washington State (you must be licensed)
• A history of real estate sales. We are looking for 4-20 units in sales over the previous three years (combined total) to consider you a fit for our organization
• We do not hire new agents - apply for our Showing Partner role if you are new
• Ability, work ethic and drive to make 250 outbound dials per week
• Drive and motivation
• Understands and can effectively use basic technology (i.e CRM)
