Brainstems is a pioneering artificial intelligence software startup at the forefront of AI innovation. We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as Manager, Special Projects, working closely with our Chief of Staff and CEO.

This position is for a new college graduate (2023-2024). No other candidates will be reviewed or interviewed.

As Manager, Special Projects, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our organization. You will work on a wide range of projects, including operations, HR, data preparation, travel planning, video production, sales material development, marketing, software testing, user experience research, and more. This role is perfect for a recent college graduate looking to gain diverse experience in a fast-paced, innovative AI software startup.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief of Staff and CEO with day-to-day operations and project management
• Prepare and analyze data for various projects and initiatives, such as user behavior analytics and market research
• Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and team members attending conferences, meetings, and events
• Support the creation of engaging video content, such as product demos, tutorials, and promotional materials
• Contribute to HR tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward, including software development, marketing, and customer success
• Assist with software testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products
• Conduct user experience research to gather insights and feedback for product improvements
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports

Requirements:

• Recent college graduate with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, business, or communications
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau)
• Familiarity with software development processes and terminology
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Passion for artificial intelligence and eagerness to learn and contribute to the company's growth
