OUR REAL ESTATE DEPARTMENT TEAM
Our Real Estate Department consists of three teams; Real Estate Development, Asset Management and Capital Projects. The team is responsible for the development, management and the revitalization of Homes for Good’s real estate assets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO FOR OUR TEAM
As a key role in our Asset Management team, the Asset Management Specialist supports Homes for Good’s mission by assisting the Asset Management Department in monitoring and oversight of the physical, fiscal and regulatory operations of Agency real estate. This position compiles, analyzes and presents data and reports, performing a wide variety of responsible and complex administrative duties in support of the Asset Management function.
Areas of responsibility include oversight of compliance, reporting and monitoring.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate will likely have knowledge and experience in the following areas:
EXPERIENCE & TRAINING GUIDELINES
Any combination of experience and training that would provide the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job is sufficient. Typical combinations of training and experience would be:
EXPERIENCE
Three or more years of increasingly responsible administrative experience, preferably in the field of Asset, Property or Risk Management.
TRAINING
Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in areas such as finance, business administration, public policy or related field.
SUBSTITUTION
Any combination of experience and education on a year for year basis up to a maximum of four years of responsible accounting and/or administrative experience may be substituted for the education required provided that the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the work has been demonstrated.
LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE:
Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Oregon vehicle driver’s license, and be insurable at standard rates is required of this role.
CHAM Asset Management certification preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION: The pay range for this position is $23.39 to $31.34 per hour ($48,648.36 to $65,193.94 per year) with a generous benefits package which includes paid health, dental and vision insurance for you and your family after one month of employment, along with life insurance and a 12% contribution of your monthly salary into a retirement account after 6 months of employment.
