Hours Available: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 11p-7a!

Hours Available: Sunday, Thursday, Saturday 7a-3p!

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License
• Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent Communication Skills
