Candidate to be knowledgeable in all aspects of the building process with a minimum of 5 years proven experience as a project manager.
Knowledgeable with site plans and construction, architectural and mechanical construction plans, estimating, project scheduling, project administration, subcontractor bidding contracts, contractor management, job cost. Experience and understanding of various construction materials, methodologies and trades.
