Bright Achievements is a Behavioral Health Agency providing home-base Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. We are looking for an organized, outgoing, & motivated Recruiter to assist in the hiring and onboarding process of Board Certified Behavioral Analysts & Behavioral Technicians.

Qualifications:

• This position is work from home 3 days a week & 2 days in community recruitment.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment or a related HR field
• Ability to commute throughout New Jersey
• Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability, backed by good judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing job postings across multiple recruitment platforms (ZipRecruiter, Indeed, etc.)
• Screen and contact applicants to express interest in scheduling interviews.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with qualified applicants on a regular basis.
• Hire and onboard applicants into payroll software systems and data collection systems.
• Authorize and run background checks on applicants & review for clearance standards.
• Attend weekly meetings with recruitment and staffing teams to discuss areas of success and support.
• Attend in-state (New Jersey) career fairs at state colleges and universities.
• Community based recruitment, requiring travel to site specific locations to build working relationships with local schools, colleges and hiring agencies.
