Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care within the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Duties: - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up - Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation - Communicate with healthcare professionals and family members regarding client's condition and progress Skills: - Experience in hospital medicine, care, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), geriatrics, or medical-surgical settings is preferred - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
