Daycare Lead Teacher Hiring Multiple Candidates Full time or Part time Are you wanting great roles in an early childhood center? We are looking for both part-time and full-time Lead Teachers to work with early years education, preschools, and daycares. Lead Teachers will support the certified teachers in the classroom and gain invaluable experience. Key Duties: Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom. Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families. Assist in compiling classroom communications Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning Maintaining a safe learning environment Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the students’ learning experiences and support them as needed Minimum Requirements: High School Degree or GED 1-year experience working as a teaching assistant Pediatric First aid & CPR certification Preferred Requirements: Associates Degree or higher 2 years experience working as a teaching assistant Past work experience in a school or daycare setting CDA - Child Development Associate Credential Additional Requirements: Additional requirements include US Work Authorization.
