As a Direct Support Staff you will be responsible for a variety of duties related to the overall care of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who isn’t afraid of taking initiative as well as being coachable. This position requires someone who is interested in encouraging our residents to live independent, productive lives.
