Fulfillment Supervisor

Reports To: Fulfillment Floor Manager

Shift Time: 1:30PM-10PM / 40-45 Hours per week required

Job Overview: Responsible for overseeing a variety of warehouse activities including customer orders, shipping and receiving, ensuring proper operation of all equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment. The role includes supervisory responsibilities.

• Ensure Brokerage orders are fulfilled accurately.
• Paperwork is completed accurately regarding the packing of Brokerage orders
• Keeping good attendance and tardiness
• Ensures Order Fulfilment staff completes paperwork neatly and timely.
• Prepare and organize the workspace for continuous operational flow for the order fulfillment team.
• Perform spot checks for orders fulfilled to maintain accuracy and share any findings with the order fulfillment team members immediately.
• Distribute and assign duties to order fulfillment team members.
• Clean and organize the fulfillment room to ensure it is ready for the following day.
