Role Description
This is a full-time Commission Sales Associate role at Rocket Exteriors. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. This is a hybrid role with the majority of work being located in Metro Detroit, MI, but some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales and meeting targets
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
- Proficiency in using CRM software
