Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, finance or a related field 5 years of financial services experience within the FinTech industry 5 years of experience leveraging large, complex datasets Understanding of consumer credit risk trends Advanced experience using SQL, Python, R and BI reporting or other querying languages to create and analyze data sets in a business setting Preferred Qualifications MBA Degree 3 years of experience in partnership and business development Job Summary As a Senior Growth Analyst, you'll drive the lending product's partner channel strategy, optimizing lead quality and affiliate performance. You'll leverage data insights to craft compelling offers and innovate through continual testing. You'll manage partnerships with decline partners to drive growth. You'll present findings, participate in marketplace tests and ensure compliance.
