To Apply for this Job Click HereLooking for a Passionate and Dedicated Assisted Living Director (RN or LPN) for our Luxury Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care Client located in Lakewood, Colorado
Assisted Living Director Responsibilities
  • Hire, evaluate, coordinate, motivate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise department staff in accordance with company policy.
  • Liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations, and other health-related service agencies to provide care to the residents.
  • Make recommendations to the Executive Director with respect to staff evaluations, merit pay increases, reprimands, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Assisted Living Director Requirements
  • History working as a Director previously
  • Colorado RN or LPN License or Nurse Compact License
  • Prefer 2 years of Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living Experience
  • Prefer 1-year of Leadership experience
Assisted Living Director Compensation And Benefits
  • Salary $80-110,000 Depending on Experience
  • Healthcare, Dental, STD, AD&D, 401K
  • Generous PTO
