We are hiring 10 full-time CASE MANAGER
The full-time case manager will be in charge of a portfolio of newcomers for our job readiness program including:
Responsibilities:
- Intake
- Weekly 1:1s check-ins
- Guiding participants to navigate through a job readiness curriculum including meetings with partners.
- Accompaniment to work sites with diverse industry partners and potential employees.
- Open to prepare and present workshops and job fairs
- Help participants to navigate the different systems in the city
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preference in social work
- Bilingual: English & Spanish
- Open to occasional flexible hours, evenings and weekends
- Experience working with immigrant population a plus
- Start date June 1st, 2024
