Advanced Surgical products include: Advanced insufflation systems Advanced energy systems Electrosurgical units (ESU’s) Laparoscopic surgical instruments Responsibilities: Designing new circuits to be used in capital and disposable equipment Performing design simulations on electrical designs Writing technical documentation and project documentation Prototyping new electrical designs and doing board bring-up Assisting with board layout or performing board layout as required Designing RF Amplifiers and or power supplies Required Qualifications: B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or highly related Understanding of analog signals Preferred Qualifications: Experience with RF Amplifiers and power supplies Experience with Altium or related Experience writing technical documents such as protocols and reports Experience in the Medical Device Industry or related regulated industry Experience with electronic disposables Experience with high-volume disposables 0-20% travel This position is not eligible for employer-based visa sponsorship Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $100,000-$160,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
