Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and hospitality at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Handle reservations and cancellations accurately
- Assist guests with any requests or issues during their stay
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and front desk operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality or hotel management practices
