WinnMed is seeking to hire a full-time Surgical Technologist to join our growing Surgery Department. The Surgical Technologist is responsible for providing patient care to a variety of patients. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player. Surgical Technologists are responsible for providing technical assistance during surgical procedures, and have knowledge of and utilize appropriate protocols relating to scrubbing and assisting in surgery of patients of all ages. Position is primarily 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday, 7:00a - 3:30 pm. Hours may fluctuate slightly based on surgery case load (as early as 6:00am). Position includes on-call rotation, approximately 1 nights per every 2 weeks and every 5th weekend. Holiday Call rotation included. 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week. Eligible for $5,000 sign-on bonus.
