Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance at customer locations. They will also conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support. The role requires working collaboratively with the team and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Experience in conducting routine inspections and providing technical support
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment
