Manufacturing Engineer

LHH is currently searching for a Mechanical Engineer for a full-time position in Dayton Ohio. This is an ideal role for a professional with experience in the design of custom capital equipment ready to grow their career.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with leadership and production teams to conduct capacity studies.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to design parts, mechanical assemblies, and capital equipment to meet specific needs in SolidWorks.
• Manage project process including working directly with customers to meet demand.
• Developed Project cost estimations and budgeting.
• Create and review shop drawings and bill of materials for custom projects.
• Identify and lead opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 3 plus years of experience managing capacity studies
• Experience in custom manufacturing environment

Employment Type: Full-time

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k plans

Hours: Monday through Friday 8-4

Salary: $75,000 to 95,000/year based on experience
