Job Summary:
Kelly Ford in Danvers, MA is seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and serving as a liaison between our service department and customers. You will play an integral role in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting the growth and reputation of our dealership.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $65000 to $100000 per year. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401k plan.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments based on customer needs and availability of technicians
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle and any recommended services
- Provide accurate estimates for service repairs and obtain approval from customers
- Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion of services
- Effectively resolve any customer concerns or complaints
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service orders
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure quality and timely service
- Work in accordance with dealership policies and procedures
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product information, promotions, and policies
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the auto industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of automotive technology and terminology
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
