We seek a highly motivated and customer-focused individual for a showroom sales associate role at the Market Center in Dallas. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collaborating with designers, architects, customer builders, and homeowners in our showroom, offering expert guidance and product recommendations.
• Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through all phases of the selling process to our customers and their representatives (designers, contractors, etc..) ensuring the correct product is ordered received, and delivered within agreed-upon timeframes.
• Responsible for communicating and sharing information professionally with customers and all staff members.
• Work independently while still being a part of a team and multi-task throughout the day, prioritizing projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized files.
• Develop long-term relationships with trade customers and vendors.
• Perform routine showroom appearance maintenance as needed.

Skills:

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Ability to effectively communicate and share information professionally, verbally, or in written correspondence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and or related software.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• -Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques.
• Strong reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Wholesale distribution sales experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years in a similar sales position preferred
• Minimum 1 year in progressive sales or design position featuring plumbing or home products preferred.

Schedule/ Pay Rate:

Monday - Friday and alternating Saturday / 7am - 5 pm / $17.00 per hour
