QMACS, Inc., a well-established medical billing company headquartered in Richardson, TX. Currently we are seeking a full-time Patient Care Representatives for our call center. Previous medical billing experience required.
Successful candidates will:
· Work across multiple Electronic Health Record Platforms
· Follow issues to resolution
·Filter escalations to appropriate internal departments
·Process payments and/or establish payment plans
·Maintain customer records by updating account information
·Possibly process health insurance appeals
·Contribute to team effort to accomplish department goals
·Protect sensitive information by adhering to professional standards, company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local requirements.
