Title: Sr. Azure Cloud Engineer

Location: Westlake, TX ( ONLY local candidates)

Duration: 12 months

Client: Financial firm

Required Skills: Looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer, someone with experience in Azure Functions, Serverless Azure, and Logic apps. Having experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferrably Terraform. If they have some experience Scripting in Python that would be great as well. From the hiring manager's perspective the ideal candidate is going to come from an Engineering backgroun, not a Linux/sys admin type background so I would avoid those types of candidates.

Nice to Have: Azure Certifications.

Experience and Skills:

· Hands-on experience in 2 or more Cloud Platforms (AWS & Azure)

· Hands-on experience designing and building scalable and resilient applications in Azure cloud.

· Serverless hands-on development and architecture experience implementing Azure Functions, Logic apps, etc

· Experience delivering software using engineering best practices and principles.

· Extensive knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CFT, etc.).

· Hands-on experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment.

· Excellent in Troubleshooting Cloud related issues and Problem-solving skills

· Passion for new technologies and cloud trends.

Bonus skills

· Cloud Certifications in Azure.
