Production Supervisor
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and repair work of mobile oilfield equipment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oilfield field equipment and related repairs, with a focus on maintaining a high level of quality workmanship.
Duties:
- Responsible for supervising and leading 3-4 crews of assemble mechanics
- Oversee production of new equipment and equipment repair monitoring quality of work, efficiency, and assembly/repair processes
- Work closely with crew leads to make sure crews and supported and have what they need to successfully and efficiently complete projects
- Monitor labor hours against predetermined targets
- Verify work is being performed safely and to company standards
- Work same schedule as crews supervising
- Positive attitude, open minded and solid work ethic
- Problem solving abilities
- Computer skills, Outlook & Excel
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in supervision in shop environment
- 3-5 years’ experience in heavy mobile equipment manufacturing and repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Familiarity of general industry standards for assembly, bolting, hydraulics, plumbing, welding, and fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
- Oilfield and Cryogenic equipment experience a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
