Are you passionate about exceptional customer service and making a difference? Apex Dermatology is seeking a motivated Patient Service Center Representative (PSR) to join our growing team! This part-time, hybrid position offers the flexibility of working from home. Our Call Center is based in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

In this role, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for our patients, providing friendly and efficient service.
• Schedule appointments, manage pre-registration, and verify insurance information.
• Accurately record and update patient health information (PHI) and financial details.
• Answer phone calls, answer patient questions, and transmit necessary medical records.

We're looking for someone who:

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building positive relationships.
• Has excellent computer skills and experience with medical scheduling software (a plus!).
• Maintains a strong attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy.
• Can work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Remote Requirements 

• PC and phone will be supplied by the company for use during employment
• Must have high-speed Wi-Fi or wired ethernet connection
• Designated workspace that is quiet and distraction-free during your work shift 

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working in a call center environment.
• Prior knowledge of medical insurance or medical office scheduling.
