The Bergin Agency , based in Cranford, NJ , is looking for three qualified Financial Advisors (FA). A locally owned, independent, full-service client centric financial and retirement planning firm , we have been providing services to clients since 1990. Financial Advisors with the firm provide professional guidance and innovative solutions for the investment and retirement planning needs of employees of non-profit employers through a holistic and integrated approach. The firm is affiliated with Lincoln Investment, a privately held broker-dealer/register investment adviser with over $45 billion in total assets.

Qualified candidates will:
- Display the ability to be a self-starter/entrepreneur and demonstrate skill with relationships and the key competencies required to be a successful FA
- Have the ability to generate leads; set and hold productive meetings; present and implement solutions; and be proactive in providing ongoing client support and service
- Be an established, consummate professional always, both internally with our team and externally with the public
- Provide clients with a full range of investment and insurance solutions
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of financial services sales experience
- Existing book of business
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prospect for and service clients digitally
- FINRA Series 7/66 or 6/63/65 registrations
- NJ state insurance license
