Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to patrons, directly interacting with customers, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons effectively
- Proficiency in basic math, including retail math for handling payments
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in cash handling and maintaining accurate records

Requirements/Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in a restaurant or bar environment
- Familiarity with catering or banquet services
- Proficient in sales techniques to upsell drinks
- Strong grasp of basic math for accurate measurements and cash handling
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing and handling transactions
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
