Job Summary:
The F&I Manager at Frank Kent Country is responsible for overseeing all finance and insurance transactions related to the sale of new and used vehicles. This individual will work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for our customers and to maximize profitability for the dealership. The F&I Manager will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, base plus commission sales role in the auto industry. The F&I Manager will receive a competitive salary and the opportunity to earn additional commission based on performance. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify potential finance and insurance opportunities with customers
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to finance and insurance transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to negotiate terms and secure financing for customers
• Accurately complete all paperwork and necessary documentation for finance and insurance transactions
• Present and explain all finance and insurance options and products to customers, including extended warranties, service contracts, and insurance policies
• Follow up with customers to ensure a satisfactory experience and address any concerns or questions they may have
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to finance and insurance transactions
• Maintain accurate records of all finance and insurance transactions and prepare reports as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2 years of experience in automotive finance and insurance or a related field
• Strong knowledge and understanding of finance and insurance regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance and insurance software
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
