PL Developments is Hiring a Washroom Operator - 1st Shift Near Copiague, NY
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic math skills needed
- Ability to work standing and walking for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to do repetitive motions for long periods of time
- Must be able to follow written instructions
- Responsible for adhering to company rules and the direction given by the Washroom Supervisor
- Prepares molds for upcoming orders and places it in a clean cart.
- Washes all dirty molds and ancillary equipment that were returned from processing rooms.
- Ensures the washroom is well maintained, clean and clutter-free throughout the day and at end of shift.
- Ensures that PPE dispensers throughout the department are fully stocked with PPE (hairnets, beard covers, booties).
- Takes inventory and assists supervision with the ordering of all PPE and cleaning supplies.
- Performs the daily mopping of the GMP corridors, gowning areas and raw material airlocks, as assigned.
- Assists in other areas of the department as needed.
