As a home health Physical Therapist, you would be responsible for conducting focused care and patient / family teaching in the home setting.

Qualifications:
* Physical Therapist
* Current State License
* Minimum of one (1) year physical therapy experience
* Clinical home health experience a plus

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
