CleanCap Technologies is an industrial technology company located in Conroe, TX that focuses on providing innovative solutions and service for waste gas management, pollution control, and heat treating industries. Our mission is to reduce industry's carbon footprint and increase profits to the end user through Uptime-as-a-Service (UaaS) and carbon capture technologies. We offer a wide range of services from Retrofits & Upgrades, Beneficial Use Analysis & Planning, Energy Audits, and Preventative Maintenance Services. In addition, we also offer Project Development, Process Design & Engineering, to Pollution Control and Heat Treat Technologies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, assign, and direct the work of assigned staff.
• Provide project coordination and management of projects of varying degrees of complexity.
• Take part in providing and ensuring the best customer communication and relationships possible between the CleanCap team and our customers.
• Assist in preparing budgets; assemble data and compile budget estimates; help plan and administer budgetary controls; process budget-related paperwork and maintain accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust, relationships, and create a climate that fosters personal investment and excellence.
• Mechanically and electrically inclined with the ability to get involved in the action as a leader and setting a good example.

Working Conditions:

The working conditions are those typical of a manufacturing environment working in both an office and manufacturing (plant) environment. The regular working hours are Monday through Friday – dayshift, but the role requires availability for all shifts and weekends. Travel may be up to 25%.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of construction and/or manufacturing management experience.
• Knowledge and experience with Regulatory Agencies such as OSHA, EPA, etc.
• Broad job knowledge acquired through education or previous experience.
• Experience in updating and tracking project schedules.
• Minimum three (3) years working experience with safety compliance and awareness in the manufacturing industry. 
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at various heights.
• Proficiency in writing manuals, policies, and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

Must be physically able to operate a variety of tools, vehicles, heavy equipment. Must be physically able to exert up to fifty pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. This job is considered as moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities of a primarily product/technical nature.
