Job Description
1513 Wellness and Weight Loss is the only clinic in Columbus Georgia focusing on preventative health and medicine to optimize our patient's lives so they can live longer and feel their best! We are growing and to continue to have the best Medical Weight Loss and Hormone Replacement Therapy for Women and Men. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner who is passionate, customer-focused, and highly motivated, to join our team and complement our amazing provider we have.
Experience in managing Male and Female Hormone levels preferred.
Experience in pellet insertions is HIGHLY preferred.
Experience in weight loss medications/programs is a plus.
Required responsibilities include:
- Reviewing vitals and lab results with patients
- Reviewing medical history.
- Treating patients for hormone imbalance and obesity using proven protocols from overseeing physician.
- Properly charting and keeping records on patients
- Hormonal Pellet Insertions
- Managing Testosterone Therapy for men and women
- Managing Weight Loss patients on weight loss medications.
