Must Haves:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a team environment to manage and support Application Systems.
• Basic understanding of networking structures. (TCP/IP ports, DNS, ActiveDirectory, LDAP)
• Ability to communicate and resolve complex issues clearly & to provide written and oral reporting to management and teammates.
• Ability to provide training to teammates and peers.
• Business Banking Experience – Check Processing IT Support.
• Available On-Call 24x7, approximately one week a month
