Job Summary:
We are seeking an Environmental Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining a clean environment, particularly in hospital or custodial settings. Knowledge of environmental services, floor care, and OSHA regulations is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental cleaning and sanitization procedures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness in designated areas
- Handle waste disposal following proper protocols
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve environmental cleanliness goals
Experience:
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services, Long-Term Care Experience a Plus
- Familiarity with hospital or healthcare facility cleaning protocols
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and procedures
- Understanding of environmental services best practices
- Awareness of OSHA regulations related to environmental cleanliness
