Associate Dentist Wanted!

Full-Time Associate Dentist available in a modern practice with a robust patient base, supportive atmosphere, and annual collections exceeding $2.5 million. This is a fantastic chance to elevate your career!

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • Patient Mix: Cash and selective PPO participation
  • New Patients: 40-50 monthly
  • Google Review Rating: 4.8 stars

Practice Features:

  • Operatories: 10 fully-equipped
  • Hygienists: 3 Full-Time (2 assisted, resulting in 5 columns)
  • Assistants: 2 dedicated assistants per doctor
  • Technology: Latest tools and technologies (WaveOne, iTero, CBCT, Waterlase, implant system)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive pay structure: Initial daily rate of $700-$750, 32% of collections
  • Income Expectations: $180,000-$220,000 potential
  • Available benefits include health, 401k, CE stipend

Associate Criteria:

  • Experience: 1 year of experience or residency
