IntelliGenesis LLC is Hiring a Technical Marketing Specialist Near Columbia, MD
- Maintain Invoicing Tasks for Security Onion Laptop Rentals
- GSA Administrator, to include but not limited to:
- Being a part of the GSA MAS Schedule Team (Contracts/Proposal Writer/CEO/GSA Administrator)
- Liaison between GSA MAS Schedule Team and Consultant for processing work orders
- Liaison with GSA MAS Schedule Team, as required, for timely responses to RFPs/RFIs
- Processing (Manage/Track/Document) Purchase Order (PO) requests that come through GSA for commercial products and services.
- Assist in managing subcontractors, i.e., Security Onion, on GSA MAS Schedule
- Review POs requests and work with Contracts or Subcontractor(s) for execution;
- If required, request Contracts to enter into Unanet for any project and charge codes;
- Coordinate with applicable IG POCs or Subcontractors for shipment/delivery of commercial products and services.
- Submit invoices / payment requests to Customers and/or Subcontractors
- Process (Manage/Track/Document in Salesforce) NDAs requests for IG Labs and coordinate execution with Contracts
- Process (Manage/Track/Document) Request for Quotes (RFQs) for IG Labs POC and coordinate with Contracts/Finance for final approval
- Prepare and submit Quotes (approved RFQs) to Customers
- Prepare and submit invoice for payment (coordinate with Contracts/Finance)
- Social Media Marketing:
- Human interest
- Product posts
- Industry conference posts
- Technical posts & articles
- Long form articles
- Posts and comment monitoring on Reddit
- Work with office coordinator to put together a PR plan for products, services, and publishing the tech articles in tech magazines
