ROSE SENIOR LIVING IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED MAINTANCE MAN. IF THAT IS YOU PLEASE READ ON!!
Responsible for assistance in maintaining aspects of the physical plant. Conducting, under supervisor direction, preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment and plumbing repairs;
maintains safe working environment and assists other department employees as needed.
SOME ESSENTILA FUNTIONS :
Perform general maintenance duties, such as : fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs.
Receive service requests and response in a timely manner.
Perform minor building and equipment repairs.
Assist, during winter, with snow removal efforts as necessary.

Physical activities of the position : Lifts and carries up to 50 lbs. frequently Pushes and pulls up to 50 lbs. frequently Climbs, reaches, bends and twists frequently Stands and walks frequently
