Breaking Labels ABA is Hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Near Clermont, FL

### Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to promote positive behavior change and skill development.

We are seeking individuals to use NET for early intervention services with high levels of BCBA support. Must be fluent in English. RBT is required to begin work. Open to graduate students acquiring the hours.

### Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to children with developmental disabilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote independence
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions and progress

### Experience:
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy strategies and interventions
- Experience in data collection and analysis
- Understanding of special education practices and principles

### Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to assess client behavior and progress
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to follow protocols and implement behavior intervention plans accurately
- Attention to detail in data collection and documentation
- Ability to provide patient care while maintaining professional boundaries
