Job Description:
As the Digital Marketing Manager at Restore Hyper Wellness, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. You will leverage various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website optimization, to reach our target audience and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote Restore Hyper Wellness services and products across multiple channels.
- Manage and optimize our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase engagement and grow our audience.
- Create compelling content, including blog posts, videos, graphics, and infographics, to support marketing initiatives and educate our audience about the benefits of our services.
- Utilize email marketing tools to design and execute email campaigns that drive customer engagement, promote special offers, and encourage repeat visits.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost, to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance our online presence and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align digital marketing activities with overall business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Youre passionate about fitness, athletic achievement, and general health and wellness.
- At least 3 years proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, email marketing, content creation, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus.
