The Role You'll Play to Create Success
We are eager to announce a full-time, onsite, Bilingual Recruiter position at 6170 Ulmerton Road, Clearwater, FL 33760 , filled with many exciting opportunities in the Tampa Bay area! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by consulting, sourcing, and recommending candidates to client organizations.
The Attributes We Seek
Keys to success in this position include exceptional customer service, written, listening and communication skills, and time management and organization skills. Knowledge of ATS and CRM functions, staffing industry-recruiting, recruitment practices, labor laws, and company service and products. In addition, a bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent years of experience; a high school diploma is required. Two (2) years of staffing industry-recruiting experience and a proven track record of placing candidates is required. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
