**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC Machine and industrial maintenance, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
**Duties:**
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Conduct routine inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Perform maintenance tasks such as repairing mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and HVAC units
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficiency and safety
- Coordinate with external contractors when necessary
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance and facilities management
- Ability to troubleshoot issues
- Mechanical knowledge to fabricate or repair equipment
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
