Here is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Finance Clerk. Please note that this position will be short term contract based with possibility of extension of employment. The finance clerk performs a wide variety of financial recordkeeping duties. These duties include bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and financial reporting. The nature of work may require mandatory compensatory time including night, weekends, and holidays.

What Will You Do?

• Reports to Director of Finance
• Assists in maintaining the Clerk’s Office financial records
• Prepares all invoices for payment
• Investigates and resolves all inquiries with billing and invoicing
• Maintains customer’s financial information
• Maintains vendors’ financial information and files.
• Assists in preparing various financial reports for management to forecasts personnel and service costs. Assists in preparing a variety of forms, correspondence, inter-department memos for management and departmental support
• Performs other financial activities as required

What You Bring?

• Knowledge of operations on the Hospitality Industry

• Must be able to stand in one place for extended periods of time, and to remain on feet for up to 8 hours.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field;

• Technologically sound with Microsoft Office applications.
