We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Associate at our Michigan Avenue, Chicago location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, understanding their marketing objectives, and developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve their goals. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
As a Marketing Associate, you will also support the marketing department in executing various marketing strategies and campaigns. Your role will involve coordinating marketing activities, conducting market research, and contributing to the development of marketing materials. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and strategic, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients based on their needs and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations for optimization to clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to help them achieve their marketing goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
