The Structural Coordinator will oversee the timely request and uploading of all engineer letters and affidavits.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Request formal letters from engineering groups in a timely manner and follow up on any delays.

* Proficient uploading of all letters and affidavits to our partner engineering platforms.

* Develop strong positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.

* Provide professional and courteous communication to vendors, partners and fellow Trinity staff.

Qualifications & Experience

* 2 or more years construction background.

* Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations, email and text messaging.

* Ability to establish priorities systematically with focus and organization.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office. SalesForce.com experience is preferred.

* Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.
